The schedule reflects a design choice:

* very fast jobs protect chain continuity,
* hourly jobs build durable monitoring evidence, and
* daily jobs settle reward consequences.

That separation keeps the monitoring path lightweight while limiting on-chain settlement to a predictable daily window.
